Day 1 kicks off with Aron Anderson—adventurer, coach, speaker, and expert on self-leadership. After a childhood cancer diagnosis and a life spent in a wheelchair, Aron has repeatedly demonstrated that it is possible to push boundaries, think bigger, and take action.
Also speaking on the first day is Tomas Koppelman Hellgren, who brings over 45 years of experience from the Swedish Police Authority. As a regional incident commander and founder of Projekt Motståndskraft (Project Resilience), he shares insights on safety, preparedness, and leadership when society faces critical incidents.
Day 2 begins with Judith Wolst—entrepreneur, investor, trend analyst, and author with over 20 years of experience in technology-driven change. She makes complex issues regarding technology, business, society, and sustainability understandable, relevant, and actionable.

Award ceremony for Sustainable Municipality of the Year
After the first day of the event, you are invited to a lively networking reception, where the prestigious Sustainable Municipality of the Year award will be presented.
The award is presented annually by Upphandlingsdagarna and aims to recognise municipalities that have excelled in environmental issues, social responsibility and governance.
In January 2025, the award was presented for the second time – and this year’s winner was Sundsvall Municipality!
