At the exhibition, several prominent speakers and experts will give presentations and offer inspiration on the latest developments in artificial intelligence (AI). Drawing on their in-depth insights and experience, they will highlight how AI is transforming various industries and creating new opportunities for the public sector. Particular attention will be paid to how AI technologies can streamline procurement processes, from automated tender reviews to improved decision support when selecting suppliers. Visitors will have the opportunity to learn about everything from machine learning and algorithms to AI-driven automation, and how these technologies can be applied in practice to improve procurement and business development.

Workshop: Try, explore and experiment with AI
Welcome to an interactive workshop where Micke Kring and Carl Heath from RISE will guide you through practical AI applications. As a participant, you’ll have access to digital lab environments, tools and hands-on exercises on the day. With the help of the speakers and through active hands-on sessions during this session, you’ll have the opportunity to explore various AI tools and discuss how you can capitalise on the opportunities AI offers in your work, whilst managing risks and challenges.
Carl Heath, Senior Researcher, RISE
Carl Heath is a senior researcher and programme lead for digital resilience at RISE, as well as a researcher at the University of Gothenburg and a member of SCDI – the Swedish Centre for Digital Innovation. His work focuses on areas such as the digital transformation of society, particularly issues relating to democracy, digital resilience and innovation management.
Micke Kring, Digital Strategist, RISE
Micke Kring is a digital strategist and project manager at RISE, where he focuses on digital transformation and technological innovations in the public sector. He has a strong background in digitalisation, particularly in relation to the education sector, and has worked on developing and implementing working methods and digital solutions to streamline and improve operations.
